
In comparison with analogues the developed sensors shows an order of magnitude higher sensitivity to a wide range of gases including such as hydrogen sulphide, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, missle fuel components, organophosphorus compounds, phenols, ammonia, etc. Ultra-high sensitivity of the sensors allows to create gas analyzing eqipment and systems on its basis with detection limit of the target substance at the level as low as 0.1 ppb.
It area of application is industrial and ecological safety in the chemical industry, , space infrastructure facilities, anti-terrorist security in crowded places and objects of transport infrastructure (airports, stations, etc.).
